(Offer applies to full-price items only)

If you're reading this, chances are you're not at Glastonbury, and though that is sad, it's also not without its benefits as if you were you wouldn't be able to take advantage of the RESURRECTION WEEKEND DEAL! True to our word, we're back with another 20% off extravaganza and this time it's Dr Martens, Wrangler and Zoo York that get the special treatment.

But like last week, there are strings attached. If you want the discount instore, you need to say the deal password at the till...

This week's deal password is: MEGA HELMET

But the weekend deal isn't the only money-saving craziness that's occurring. The mid-season mark-downs have got bigger and better with the store now bulging with cut-price Motel, Lee and Levi's on the girls floor. The boys floor is littered with super-silly sales on Carhartt Sid Shorts, Bermuda Shorts and Pants, and Aviation Pants there's some WESC and Ben Sherman mark-downs as well as countless other crazy price-slashes.

Other news this week, we now have Vans in teeny-weeny kids sizes. With the skate shoes now starting in a size 11, all of our customers can now find Vans to fit their feet. Check out the Hello Kitty and Summer of 77 styles, they've been making us wish our feet were smaller.

The Resurrection Weekend Deal (18th and 19th June)

This Weekend Only:

Just mention the code word at the till.

(Offer applies to full-price items only)

WE WANT TO GIVE YOU MORE STUFF....but you need to do something for us!

We've decided to shower you with the love you deserve more often, every weekend in fact, with deals that would make Alan Sugar weep. But you don't get something for nothing, not even from us, and to take advantage of our ludicrous generosity, all you need to do is mention the weekly deal password at the till instore to receive your discount.

On offer this weekend is a whopping 20% discount off all full-price men's and women's jeans, 20% off all full-price Converse, and 20% off all Boxfresh. To get this not to be missed discount, all you have to do is say 'LACEY LOVES LAURA' at the till instore, and your grand total will magically reduce!

We've also gone a bit crazy on the mark-downs this week for our mid-season sale. Humor Jeans and chinos are now down to just £50 or less and Humor shorts are down 50%, the Criminal Damage Varisty Jackets are now just £25, and all the Onitsuka Tiger Trainers are down to £40 or less. We've been through at least 3 red markers.

Traffic People maxis, playsuits and dresses are now in stock. When people talk about something taking you through from day to night, they're often lying, and you'd either look a bit risqué in the day or a bit too 'office' in the night. This brand, however, have nailed it, the only hindrance being you'll have to put up with looking fabulous 24/7. Get them while they're hot.

Don't forget to take advantage of all the deals on offer this weekend, and keep an eye out every Friday for the new deals...

Reasons To Be Frivolous...

Being frugal isn't fun no matter how you try and dress it up, and never is the pinch felt more than in the run-up to pay-day. All hail the surprisingly cheap and incredibly cheerful heroes Cloak And Dagger! The new brand from the founders of Arc Clothing combines the cuts and colours of the season with teeny-tiny price tags. Looks like you can afford some new clothes after all...

Another box from the brand has just arrived, with the staff favourites being the Skinny Hoody in Sand.

The rather lovely USA tee has also taken our collective fancies. Capturing the best bit of illuminati iconography alongside other images from dollar bills, this top proves you don't have to splash the cash to look the money. (We can't believe we just wrote that either.)

In other news, the wait is over, hat fans! The new batch of New Era caps is now instore! The Seasonal Contrast Cap in Cardinal Blue and Yellow is an instant hit, a super-fresh colour-way and effortlessly summery.

The Basic Contrast Visitor Baseball Cap with an Atlanta Braves
motif is revels in its own simplicity, and hey there snap-back lovers, the Retro Word Baseball Cap is now in stock! Get them while you can, and get them while we have your head size!

With new stuff arriving every week, keep up to date with what's on offer via our Facebook, Twitter and newsletters, which you can sign up for at There'll be exclusive offers and discount codes for those who do... keep your eyes peeled!

Stars And Stripes And Hearts And Bows...

The Hearts and Bows summer collection landed in Resurrection last week and promptly sent all the staff's hearts a flutter. Channelling the romantic whimsy which flooded the catwalks and combining it with something a little more practical, Hearts and Bows is the affordable brand which really will see you through the sunny days and beyond. We're a little in love with the Kelly Dress in burgundy and the Heather Dress in yellow...

House Of The Gods returned victorious with three new tees for our perusal. The new Debbie Harry design was the first to float our boat with its cheeky nautical salute. The pop-art inspired Madonna t-shirt is as attention grabbing as the lady herself, while the classic John Lennon New York Tee is given an update with sequins.

Reverse added a little American charm to proceedings with their stars and stripes emblazoned American Flag Shorts, the tongue-in-cheek fashion hit of the summer. Their collection of iconic brand inspired vests (see the No. 9) are great coupled with a pair of cut-offs or on-trend bright skinny jeans.
